The inaugural Hidden City Film Festival (HCFF) lights up Escondido Sept. 26–28, 2025, at Regal Escondido Stadium 16 & IMAX. This three-day celebration of independent cinema features spotlight screenings, curated shorts, live filmmaker Q&As, and a closing awards ceremony. More than a festival, HCFF is a platform for emerging voices and a gathering place for storytellers and audiences to connect through film and conversation.
