SUSANNA PEREDO SWAP is an award-winning producer, journalist, and film director with 25+ years of experience as an arts administrator, actor, jazz vocalist, and arts advocate. She curated over 80 exhibitions and a performing arts series for the San Diego International Airport Art Program and has held leadership roles on boards including the San Diego Museum Council, Women in Tourism & Hospitality International, and the San Diego Press Club. A magna cum laude graduate of San Diego State University, she holds professional certificates in arts management, nonprofit business, and photography, and studied art history and video art in Paris. Susanna is the founder and executive director of Vanguard Culture, a nonprofit supporting San Diego’s creative workforce, recognized with 72 journalism awards, two Webby Gold Anthem Awards, and a National Geographic feature.
